(논문요약)[목적] 현대 사회에서 영향력 있는 사회적 요소로서 중요한 발달 가운데 하나는 대중매체의 출현일 것이다. 기술의 혁신이 이러한 발달을 가능하게 하였으며, 특히 TV는 인쇄 매체에 대한 의존으로부터 크게 벗어나게 한 중요한 요인이 되었다. 그러므로 어린이들에게 있어 TV는 아주 매력 있는 매체로 등장하여 새로운 환경과 전달 내용의 풍부성 및 현실성을 동시에 공유하는 매체로서 작용한다. 그 우월성 때문에 TV는 현대사회의 매스콤을 이끌어가는 가장 강력한 매체로 급성장하여 오늘에 이르기까지 아동의 생활에 미치는 영향의 폭이 지대하다. 본 연구는 TV만화영화가 아동화에 미치는 영향을 문헌조사를 통해 비교 분석하여 밝혀보고자 하는데 있다. (영문초록)[영문초록] TV, which has greatly influenced modern society as mass media, is becoming a part of today's living environment and living time, eating deeply into every field of society, and even watching TV has been got hard as a habitual act for children. That is, children's perception has been formed by the external environment surrounding them. Especially, it's assumed that TV animated cartoon has great influence on them as a program which children like best and watch very often. Hereupon, this study would like to look into the educational function that TV animated cartoon has by inquiring into the effect of TV animated cartoon on children's picture. It's true that TV animated carton has great influence on children's picture. If children could learn the structure or a function & color sense of an object through the imitation of cartoon picture, that would be an important outcome by which one can forecast the possibility of fine arts education with animated cartoon. Therefore, we should help children express their emotion on drawing paper to their hearts' content so that they can convert it into an esthetic sense through emotional stability. In addition, we should recognize that we help children lead into creative and personal way so that they can select several kinds of formative means, methods, techniques, materials in person and apply creatively. As stated above, this study about an educational function of animated cartoon, no matter whether it's positive or negative, shows that it can have great influence on children. Thus, it's judged that the effort of changing the educational reverse function of animated cartoon into the pure one is earnest. Through this study, it's estimated that TV animated cartoon has great influence on children's behavior or emotion as well as picture with the possibility of its fine arts education. So, with reconsideration of recognition on cartoon and of education methods of teachers, a responsible attitude of TV animated carton manufactures or parents is needed.
