(논문요약)[목적] 본 연구는 영상매체를 이용한 학생들의 관심과 흥미를 고려하고,앞에서 말한 학교실정에 맞는 실질적인 문학교육에 도움을 줄 수 있는 내용과 방법을 마련해 보고자 하는 목적으로 출발하였다. 이에따라 제7차 교육과정의 문학교육 목표1)를 바탕으로 청소년들에게쉽게 이해할 수 있는 문학이 되기 위하여 영상매체의 대표적 매체인 영화를 이용한 문학교육 중 소설교육방법을 실질적인 수업과 연계하여 살펴보도록 하겠다. 그래서 영화의 문학교육적 수용이라는 타당성을 확보하기 위해 이론적 근거를 마련하고, 다양한 방법을 활용한 효과적인 방법을 살펴봄으로써, 구체적인 내용과 실천적 방법을 구안해 나갈 것이다. (영문초록)[영문초록] Our description experience which emphasis on letter media in the past is changing to image media as movies. Now, Our description experience is substituted watching movies that is organized image and sound for reading the novel in printing media. Therefore, it is substitute impression by image media like movies etc. for impression by novel. Students are depended on videos, movies just like audio-visual media more than printing, it is a social condition to compose the novel education. A literary work can use for the study also, as an accepting way the production is not inclined to lecture-reading but various way, it is well-timed to research about literature education which related to image media. If students meeting the novel works to movies, they can receive effective novel education caused by amusing attitude. Inflection of image media is sure to effective because of audio-visual effect and amusement. also, image media are used effectively, to understand students about different between novel and play. In this point of view, using movies to novel education is correspond with media environment and can serve our students as substantial assistance. Now, this research through the reading strategy of before reading after reading shows as the way movies apply the method to concrete study. The novel education method with movies is onfirmed there effect and possibility consequence of reading study method. However, for deepening researching and examining articles are grounded in this research, I suggest like this, We need to teacher's effort to maintain the complementary relationship between printing and image media. The teacher have to carefully select the movie data to help sunderstanding, after these effort are attended, it will be effective novel education. Also, I hope publish various follow-up research that can apply to student.
