(논문요약)[국문초록]본 연구는 ‘영화도시 부산’이 가지는 중요한 가치로 인식하고 영화도시로서 갖추어야할 구성 조건별 개념 정립과 특성 도출을 통해 부산 중구에 창의적인 적용을 통한 재생 도출을 목적으로 하였다. 전반적으로 부산은 개항 이후 서양문물의 도입으로 많은 영화관들이 생기면서 ‘영화 관람도시’로서의 기능을 담당하였고, 부산영상위원회의 설립 이후 영화 · 영상산업의 인프라시설 확충 및 로케이션 지원 등으로 ‘영화 제작도시’로 발전 해왔다. 또, 영화 교육 및 체험 할 수 있는 ‘영화 학습도시’로서의 기능을 담당하였으며 자연환경과 도시역사, 도시 풍경 등 부산의 내재도니 매력에 근거한 ‘영화 로케도시’로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 영화관련 적용아이템 도출을 위한 두 가지 구상조건에 맞는 자원이 확보되어야 한다. 첫째, 영화도시 관련 자원도출을 위해 크게 세 가지로 세분화한다. 영화관, 로케장소, 관련 시설 및 축제 등 영화관련 활동에 직접적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 ‘직접관련 자원’과 문화시설, 기념관, 레지던시시설 등 지역문화활동에 거점 역할을 하는 다양한 문화공간들로 ‘간접관련 자원’, 역사적 배경, 입지조건, 행정시설 등 영화관련 활동에 필요한 여러 가지 도움을 줄 수 있는 ‘지원관련 자원’ 세 가지로 세분화 한다. 둘째, 중구를 크게 세 가지의 관점으로 나누어 영화관련 특성을 도출한다.‘역사적 관점’인 부산 근대기 역사의 보고는 도시역사와 근대기에 형성된 자원들의 흔적 그리고 풍경과 기억 등 생활문화재들이 곳곳에 존재하고 있는 특성을 가진다. ‘기능적 관점’인 영화관련 창조계급의 유입 유도는 재활용 가능성이 있는 노후 건축물들과 영화관련 개발계획은 촹조환경을 조성할 수 있는 많은 잠재력을 가진다. 부산영상체험박물관(건립예정)은 영화관련 창조계급을 중구로 유입할 수 있는 핵심적인 역할로 작용할며 창조계급의 유입을 극대화하는 영향을 준다. ‘문화적 관점’인 일상여가의 중심현장으로서 부산의 대표적인 상업지구이자 문화의 중심지로서 중구는 국제시장과 6·25전쟁 전후에 전국적 상권을 쥐고 있으며 광복동 용두산공원 주위는 화랑, 소극장 등이 분포해 있는 문화의 중심지이다. 이러한 배경을 토대로 두 가지 구성조건이 가지고 있는 중구의 영화관련 특성들과 연관성을 파악하여 다음과 같은 적용아이템을 도출하였다. 첫 번째는 부산 근대기 역사의 보고로 역사적인 관점에서 지역이 가지고 있는 역사(영화관련 · 근대), 입지조건, 자연환경과 행정시설 등이 영화활동에 지원할 수 있는 잠재자원들이 바탕된 조건과 연관이 있으며 이를 위한 아이템들로는 영화관들이 많이 분포해 있던 중구에 옛 영화관들의 위치에 미니어처거리를 조성하고 우리나라 최초의 영화제작사인 조선키네마주식회사를 복원하여 영화도시로서의 위상을 되새기며, 다양한 아이템들을 하나로 묶어 영화관광의 올레길 조성의 아이템을 도출한다. 두 번째는 영화관련 창조계급의 유입을 유도하는 기능적인 관점으로 지역이 가지고 있는 창작공간, 문화예술인, 리모델링이 가능한 노후 건축물 그리고 앞으로 조성된 기타 인프라 시설 등이 영화활동을 간접적으로 지원할 수 있는 잠재자원과 연계할 수 있으며 이를 위해 동주여고건물을 부산의 아마추어 영화센터 및 인재 육성을 위한 교육센터로 활용하고 동주여고 앞 거리는 영화인들이 교류하고 소통할 수 있는 24시간 영화의 거리 그리고 건립예정인 부산영화체험박물관은 시민들의 참여로 운영할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 세 번째는 중구는 일상여가의 중심 현장으로서 가치를 가지고 있다는 문화적인 관점으로 지역이 가지고 있는 영화관과 영화들의 배경이 된 로케장소 그리고 부산국제영화제 행사지 등 직접적인 자원의 잠재자원과 연계할 수 있으며 이룰 위해 중구 일대의 산복도로, 공원, 시장 등 언제든 영화를 즐길 수 있는 동네영화마당 조성과, 한국 영화의 많은 배경이된 로케장소들의 메모리얼 하우스 조성 그리고 영화관련 자원들의 영화관광으로 육성할 수 있는 영화올레길 조성을 제안한다. 최근 원도심 재생, 도시재생, 창조도시 등 지역 활성화 및 특화전략은 해당 도시의 미래를 좌우하는 중요한 이슈로 등장하고 있고 이의 재생을 위한 각종 방안들이 실험적으로 모색되고 있지만 하드웨어적인 시설 확충을 통한 활성화에 초점을 두고 있다. 하지만 부산은 국제적인 영화도시로 발전하고 있으며 영화관련 고유의 특성 분석을 통해 ‘영화도시’로 발전함에 있어 타 도시와의 차별성 강화 및 현재적 가치와 위상을 검토하는 기회를 제공하였다. 또한 이와 함께 향후 부산 중구의 창의적 재생에 있어 산발적으로 분포해 있는 영화관련 자원들을 일련의 주제를 부여하거나 특화되기 시작할 때 다양한 자원들과 아이템들은 지역의 부문(생산)산업으로서의 기초 역할을 담당하는 실마리를 제공할 수 있다고 판단된다. (영문초록)[영문초록]With the perception that the value of 'Film City Busan' is of significance, this study was intended to establish the concepts of each condition in building Busan as a film city, and investigate characteristics of the city, and thereby make regeneration of Jung-gu, Busan, through the creative application. Generally, since the opening of the Busan port, western cultures had flowed into the city, leading to the emergence of many movie theaters. After that, Busan have served as a 'city of film viewing', and since the foundation of Busan Film Commission, has been developing as a 'city of film production' through the expansion of infrastructure for film industry and the support for film location. In addition, the city has served as a 'city of film learning' in which people can get film education and experiences, and has been developing as a 'city of film location' on the basis of Busan's inherent attractiveness such as the natural environment, urban history, and urban landscape. In the circumstance, it is necessary to secure resources suitable for two conditions to draw application items related to film First, they are divided into three parts in drawing resources related to film city: 'directly related resources' which can directly influence film related activities such as movie theaters, film location, relevant facilities and festivals; 'indirectly related resources', which refer to various cultural spaces playing a role as a base in local cultural activities, such as cultural facilities, memorials, and residence facilities; and 'support related resources', which can give many helps to film related activities, such as historical background, conditions of location, and administrative facilities. Secondly, Jung-gu is divided into three parts from a perspective in drawing film related characteristics. From the 'historical perspective', the city's treasury in its modern history features its urban history and the ubiquitous living cultural assets like vestiges, sceneries, memories of resources formed in the modern age. From the 'functional perspective', the inflow or introduction of a film related creative class helps old architectural buildings be reusable, and film related development planing offers a lot of potentials in making a creative environment. Busan Experience Museum for Film (expected to be constructed) will serve as a key role in making a film related creative class flow into Jung-gu, and maximize the introduction of the creative class. From the 'cultural perspective', Jung-gu, which is a representative commercial zone in Busan as a central site of daily leisure, along with the international market, has held a nationwide commercial right since Korean War, and the place around Yongdusan Park, Gwangbok-dong, has become a cultural center with galleries and small theaters. On the basis of the backgrounds, the film related characteristics of Jung-gu and their relations were investigated, and then the following application items were drawn. First, in the historical aspect of the treasury of the city's modern history, Jung-gu is able to be related with the conditions based on the potential resources being able to support film activities, such as its history (related to film and modern history), conditions of location, the natural environment and administrative facilities. In the respect, the relevant items are to build a miniature road in a place of Jung-gu where old movie theaters exist, to recover Joseon Kinema Corporation, Korea's first film production company to boot the image as a film city, and to make a walking road for film tour by putting together with various items. Secondly, in the functional aspect to induce the flow of a film related creative class, Jung-gu is able to be related with the potential resources which can help to support film activities indirectly, such as, creative spaces, cultural artists, old architectural buildings being able to be remodeled, and infrastructures to be 지역의 부문(생산)산업으로서의 기초 역할을 담당하는 실마리를 제공할 수 있다고 판단된다.
