내용

Is this originally crafted police movie, the enemy is not the usual gangster but the social system itself. The cops at Desheng Station are bored and frustrated, wistfully wishing they had guns like US cops on television. When a rabid dog bites a drunkard in this otherwise ordinary Beijing district, policeman Yang Guoli is ordered to help exterminate all the domesticated dogs. The unenviable task brings everyone's stress level to a breaking point, in a hilarious escalation from the grotesque to the absurd.
