- (논문요약)As has been the case with other socialist countries' culture and art, those of North Korea are also focussed on serving the party as well as on its propagating activities. Inasmuch as all power of North Korea is concentrated on Kim Ill-sung and Kim Jung-ill, it may not be too much to say that the culture/art are substantially in the service for them. The top leader to operate these North Korea's culture/art is Kim Jung-ill. He has administered this field of culture/art from his first step in the political circles in 1970s up to of their politics was the Labour Party and Propaganda Department, and that this pattern has never been deviated truly allows us to presume how Kim Jung-ill has been deeply involved in culture/art.
