(논문요약)[국문] 본 연구는 ‘상업영화 프로젝트의 성공요인 발굴 및 개발 과정에 관한 연구’ 로, 영화 <은밀하게 위대하게>를 사례로 선정하여 영화제작 전과정에서 성공 요인이 발굴 및 개발되는 과정을 연구하였다. 연구의 핵심 질문은 ‘영화제작 과정에서 누가, 언제, 어떻게 성공요인 기회를 발굴 및 개발하는가’로, 시계 열 연구설계를 통해 프로젝트 전과정의 참여자들 사이에서 어떻게 성공요인 들이 개별적 혹은 집단적으로 발굴되고 개발되는지를 연구하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적에 따라, 본 연구는 주요 참여자들 사이의 네트워크를 기반으로 한 ‘네트워크 비즈니스 모델 개발(Networked Business Model Development)’의 관점으로 진행하였으며, 개별 주체들의 성공요인 발굴 및 개발 참여도를 중심으로 한 ‘성공요인 발굴 및 개발 과정 모델’을 제시하여 향후 특정 주체가 비즈니스 모델을 수립하는 데에 초석이 되고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 선행되어야 하는 분석은 영화 프로젝트에 참여하는 주체들의 역할을 정의하고 그들의 네트워크 형성 과정을 도식화하는 과정이다. 이에 Ⅳ장 ‘사례의 분석 1: 네트워크 형성 과정을 중심으로’에서 프로젝트 참여자 들의 역할을 정의하고, 그들 사이의 상호작용 과정을 분석하여 네트워크 동 적 변화를 연구하였다. 이 과정에서 도출된 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여, Ⅴ장 ‘사례의 분석 2: 성공요인 발굴 및 개발 과정을 중심으로’에서 어떻게 주체들 이 개별적으로 혹은 집단적으로 영화의 성과에 기여하는지를 분석하였다. 이 분석에는 기존의 선행 연구들에서 제시한 흥행 결정요인들 중 영화 <은밀하 게 위대하게> 사례에 가장 적합한 요인들을 추출하여 파라미터로 사용하였 으며, 최종적으로 ‘성공요인 발굴 및 개발 과정 모델’을 제시하였다. (영문초록)[영문] As a ‘research of the identification and development of success opportunities in commercial film projects’, this study took the film <Secretly, Greatly> as a case study example to study how success opportunities are identified and developed throughout the entire process of film production. By incorporating the relational notion of time, the study better illuminates how actors individually and collectively identify and develop success opportunities throughout the project. Based on this objective, this study was performed taking a ‘Networked Business Model Development’ perspective on the network of key actors. This research hopes to become a footstone of business model development for the relevant actors by suggesting a ‘success opportunity identification and development model’ based on each actor’s involvement in the process. In order to perform this study, an analysis of defining the roles of the actors involved in the film project and schematizing their network formation process must be preceded. Thus, Chapter Ⅳ ‘Case Analysis 1: focusing on the network formation process’ defines the roles of the actors involved in the project, and analyzes the interaction between them to study the network dynamics. Based on the results of Chapter Ⅳ, Chapter Ⅴ ‘Case Analysis 2: focusing on the identification and development of success opportunities’ analyzes how actors individually and collectively added value to the film’s success. In this analysis, determinants that were more relevant to the film <Secretly Greatly> were chosen as parameters out of the determinants of motion picture box office performance suggested in previous studies. The conclusion of this research suggests a ‘success opportunity identification and development model’.
