미국 캘리포니아 주 로스앤젤레스의 제퍼슨 대로에 있는 연주회장. 1987년 4월에 미국 국가 사적(U.S. National Register of Historic Places)에 등재. 1947년과 1948년에 연속하여 아카데미 시상식이 개최되었으며, 1988년부터 2001년까지 8차례에 걸쳐 아카데미 시상식이 열렸다. 음반 시상식 중 최고 권위를 자랑하는 그래미상 시상식과 미국 최고 권위의 드라마 시상식 에미상 시상식이 여러 차례 개최된 바 있다. 출처 : 두산백과
