Synopsis
"Will we be adults some day?" Baby emperor penguins Pengi and Somi go on an endless journey. Sixty below zero, it's winter in Antarctica, the world's coldest land. Their home Antarctica is empty after all the other penguins leave to avoid the cold and is now occupied by emperor penguins waiting for new babies. The unimaginably strong love of mom and dad emperor penguins helps Pengi and Somi to hatch. Antarctica's naughtiest eating machine, Pengi, and the loveliest darling of her dad, Somi, become good friends. One day, Somi's mom sets out on a journey for food but never returns. Somi's dad decides to go to sea to look for her. Somi is now left alone, hungry, cold and life-threatening, and Pengi is trying to help her. Will Pengi and Somi be able to overcome their hardships and grow into beautiful adult emperor penguins?
