Synopsis
Suh-ryang, the distinguished official of Koryo dynasty, goes to pay his respects to the newly founded Ming dynasty in China. Suh-ryang goes with his wife, Lee. At a party of Ming, a country Suh-ryang feels close to, Suh-ryang tells of the tale of past kings, Han-shin and Jam-ryang. When the story seems to predict misfortune, it leads to his death. The atrociously cruel Koh Kyun-hun mercilessly kills Suh-ryang and then rapes his wife Lee. Kyun-hun makes Lee his wife but she is pregnant with Suh-ryang's child. After twenty years, Kyun-hun wants to conquer the world with his strength. He massacres the Chung-sang party and becomes the head. Suh-ryang's son Dong-wun learns that Kyun-hun is the one who killed his father. He goes looking for him. They engage in a bloody fight and Dong-wun avenges his father.
