Synopsis
Dr. Gong Dal-goo has an absurd dream to rule the world. With the 'baby-god,' Dr. Gong attempts to create four-dimensional beings, destroy the Buddhist Monk Neo-teol, and move the earth. The 'baby-god' needs pure tears of six children to operate. They start kidnapping children. Buddhist Monk Neo-teol coincidentally discovers Chil-duk, son of Dok-ko, and gives him supernatural powers. Buddhist Monk Neo-teol, Chil-duk, and the police all pull together to put away Dr. Gong and his gang.
