Synopsis
As a congressman of the opposition party is killed by a conspiracy made by the ruling party, each party takes the same number of seats of 136, making the upcoming by-election a matter of concern. As this will affect the coming Presidential election, both parties prepare for a fierce battle. But a girl on the street comes out as a candidate. She has been angry for the death of her friend.
