Synopsis
At 12 o'clock every night, somebody knocks on the door of her room! Art university student Jeong-hwa (Seo U) loses her footing momentarily while moving to a small apartment close to her school, making a statue placed on a box fall down on the flower bed. While she is trying to pick up the broken statute, she notices an amulet with a mask with weird patterns written on it, and Jeong-hwa, who has been trying to find ideas for an exhibit, becomes interested in the amulet. After the movement, strange knocking sounds are heard from the next door. Because of the constant knocking sound heard from the next door at 12 o'clock every night, Jeong-hwa does not sleep well and begins to make a mask, keeping the amulet next to her and making a sketch from it on a wooden board. Then, one day, coming home late, Jeong-hwa meets a weird woman with disheveled long hair and bare feet in front of the elevator. A while later, after getting off the elevator, the woman knocks next door which is quiet and empty. 'Tap! Tap! Tap!" the knocking sounds are repeated…… Jeong-hwa gets scared for no reason and quickens her pace……
