She barely escapes being killed herself. The country is thrown in turmoil with the news of Jung Yong-wook's alleged suicide, and Park In-gyu urges Ji-won to keep quiet. Meanwhile, Choi Jong-soo, a reporter, returns from his East Europe correspondent assignment and begins to investigate the death of Jung Yong-wook. He suspects foul play in the death of the former martial law commander. Despite scorn from those around her, Ji-won confesses what she saw to Choi Jong-soo. The nation is thrown into chaos as the news of Jung's murder appears on the front page. Choi Jong-soo and the news crew try to broadcast a live telecast report exposing the truth of Jung's murder.
